Emily Henry

Principal Geologist

Emily Henry brings over 17 years of practical expertise in mineral exploration, underground production geology, and resource estimation, with demonstrated success in technical reporting and strategic project management across Australia. Her career spans key roles at Northgate Minerals (Fosterville and Stawell Gold Mines), St Barbara Limited (Marvel Loch Operations), Northern Star Resources (Paulsens Gold Mine), and consulting roles with Pit N Portal Mining Services and Right Solutions Australia Pty Ltd.

As a Competent Person under the JORC Code (2012), Emily has delivered resource estimations, peer reviews, and technical due diligence for both junior explorers and established producers. Her consulting work through Pit N Portal Mining Services and Right Solutions Australia includes projects for Red 5 Limited (King of the Hills, Severn, Rainbow, Cerebus-Eclipse, Centauri), VHM Limited (Nowie, Cannie, Goschen), Golden Point Group (Ballarat Gold Mine), Ora Banda Mining (Golden Eagle), Hillgrove Resources (Kanmantoo), Red Rock Resources , Hanking Gold Mining (Nevoria, Tom's Gully), Minjar Gold (Cornishman), Southern Gold (Cannon), Monument Mining (Burnakura), Matsa Resources (Red October), and Panoramic Resources (Swan/Swift).

Beyond resource estimation, Emily supports exploration activities through strategic planning, database consolidation, field reconnaissance, sampling and drill program design. Her work with VHM Limited, VP Minerals Pty Ltd, and Right Resources Limited includes developing exploration strategies, managing tenement compliance, and generating investor-focused technical documentation, bridging geological insights with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Her expertise lies in geological modelling, geostatistical analysis, and navigating complex technical challenges. She has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams through feasibility studies, technical due diligence, and ASX reporting, contributing to major resource declarations and long-term mine planning, including the 2.4Moz Ore Reserve and 16-year mine life at King of the Hills (reported on 15 September 2020, ASX).

Emily holds a double major in geology and ecology from the University of Melbourne, with honours in structural geology. She is proficient in DM Studio RM, Snowden Supervisor Software, Micromine Origin, and advanced macro scripting, and maintains working knowledge of QGIS and Leapfrog.

​

Known for her collaborative mindset and technical mentoring, Emily aligns geological practices with industry standards and client objectives. As the industry prepares for the updated JORC Code, she remains closely engaged with the evolving framework, supporting clients through the transition with a focus on Competent Person responsibilities, streamlined reporting, and ASX compliance.  Emily is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Jacinta Blincow

Principal Geologist

Jacinta Blincow is a highly skilled geological professional with over 16 years of industry experience, including specialist expertise in geological database management, mineral exploration, underground production geology, and resource estimation across key Australian gold operations. Her career includes technical roles at Northern Star Resources (Kalgoorlie Operations), Silver Lake Resources (Mount Monger Operations), and Pit N Portal Group (King of the Hills Operations), and consulting roles with Pit N Portal Mining Services and Right Solutions Australia Pty Ltd.

Jacinta is a Competent Person under the JORC Code (2012) and has played a key role in delivering mineral resource estimations, technical reviews, and due diligence assessments across a variety of gold projects. Her consulting work, undertaken through Pit N Portal Mining Services and Right Solutions Australia, has supported clients such as Labyrinth Resources (Comet Vale), VHM Limited (Area 2), Red 5 Limited, VP Minerals Pty Ltd, Right Resources Limited, and Lightning Minerals, among others.​

​​Beyond her field-based roles, Jacinta has developed a strong reputation as a geological database specialist, holding key positions with Maxgeo (Datashed) and Right Solutions Australia (Geobank). Her work has focused on data integrity, system optimisation, and workflow efficiency, and has been instrumental in ensuring data quality and accessibility for modelling and exploration. She has also led efforts to integrate legacy datasets into modern systems to support strategic decision-making.

​​​Jacinta holds a Bachelor of Science in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology and has completed additional certifications in mining exploration and leadership. Her technical expertise spans advanced geological modelling software, database systems, and GIS platforms, including DM Studio RM Pro, Snowden Supervisor, Leapfrog, QGIS, Geobank, Datashed, and acQuire.  She is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and is based in Western Australia.

Byron Dumpleton

Associate Geologist

Byron Dumpleton is the former Chief Geologist at Red 5 Limited, an ASX-listed gold producer that developed the Siana Gold Mine in the Philippines before re-entering the Australian market to advance the King of The Hills and Darlot gold operations. His tenure at Red 5 culminated in a successful merger with Silver Lake Resources, now Vault Minerals Limited.

​

With over 35 years of experience in the mining industry, Byron has worked extensively across Australia, the Asia-Pacific region, and Southern Africa. His career includes senior geological roles at major operations such as Straits Resources, covering the Nifty Copper Mine, Tritton Copper Operations, and the Mt Muro and Hillgrove's gold and gold-antimony projects, Newcrest’s Telfer Gold Mine, WMC's St Ives Gold Mine, and KCGM, where he was part of the original team that developed the iconic Kalgoorlie Super Pit.

Byron currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Theta Gold Mines Limited, where he contributes to strategic development and project funding initiatives. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and is based in Western Australia.
